At www.mugiwara-cy.com, we care deeply about our customers and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition as received, with no damage, wear, or signs of use.

If a return is approved, customers may choose between a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for another product of equal value.

Return Shipping If the item is returned via courier, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Only in cases where an incorrect product was sent by us will Mugiwara-CY cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items Opened or unsealed products, items with damaged packaging, or products showing signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
