Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

We ship orders using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, responsibility for the goods remains with Mugiwara until the order has been delivered to the customer. In the event that an order is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist the customer and work with the courier to resolve the issue in a fair and lawful manner.

Mugiwara is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched; however, we will make reasonable efforts to support customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Mugiwara cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
